Please be advised that the rates provided before the commencement of your trip serve as estimates only. Following the completion of your journey, additional charges may be incurred for various factors including tolls, parking, fuel surcharges, STC surcharges, waiting time, travel time, after hours, and extra stops. Travel time is calculated from the moment the vehicle departs the garage to the first pick-up location, and from the last drop-off location back to the garage. It's important to note that all rates are subject to change without prior notification and are not finalized until the trip has concluded and been fully assessed. Please be aware of our cancellation policy, which stipulates a 24-hour notice period for point-to-point or airport pick-ups and drop-offs, a 48-hour notice period for hourly jobs, and a 7-day notice period for any job involving a Sprinter van. Failure to cancel within our cancellation policy timeframe will result in being charged the full amount, even if the reservation was made within 24 hours of the cancellation."
