**Important Booking Information**

Please be advised that the rates listed are for one-way trips only and do not include any additional fees that may apply. Examples of such fees include:

• After-Hours Fee: A minimum of $20 will be charged for pickups or drop-offs between 10:30 PM and 5:30 AM.
• Extra Stops, Tolls, and Waiting Time: Waiting time charges do not apply to hourly jobs.
• Traveling Time: A minimum of 1 hour will be added for traveling time for pickups or drop-offs outside the Portland area.

These additional fees, if applicable, will be included in your reservation total when we send your confirmation email.

**Service Fee**

A 25% fee will be automatically added to the base rate for service, administration, and fuel costs.

**Cancellation Policy**

• Point-to-Point or Airport Pickups/Drop-offs: 24-hour notice is required for cancellation.
• Hourly Jobs: 48-hour notice is required for cancellation.
• Sprinter Van Jobs: 7-day notice is required for cancellation.

Please note that if you cancel outside of these timeframes, the full amount of the reservation will be charged, even if the reservation was made within 24 hours of the scheduled service.
